1. Metal frames , poles , beams
S.C. IMUC S.A. PITESTI executes in its workshop ( organized on an operation flux ) and according to the client’s designs , the following items : complex metal frames , metal poles , beams , bracing , as parts of boilers , special equipment , pipe racks or industrial rooms.
For execution of these items , standardized or metal sheet profiles are used by utilizing modern procedures of cutting , welding and assembling ( automatic cutting with multiple cutters , automatic welding under an inert gas flux ).
Fabrication sizes are as follows :
- Section height for metal poles and beams : Hmax = 1300 mm ;
- Subassemblies length : according to the maximum allowable sizes for the transportation vehicles.
2. Pieces fabricated or metal –sheet
S.C. IMUC S.A. PITESTI executes the following items according to the client’s designs :
- Metal sheet ducts and profiles with rectangular , square , or round sections , including the necessary auxiliary pieces ;
- Vane valves for ducts , with all the necessary elements for their manual or automatic closing and opening ;
- Expansion joints with one or more lens ;
- Metal stacks.
3. Ladders , platforms grids , balustrades
S.C. IMUC S.A. PITESTI executes metal structure for the personal access and for equipment ( boilers, columns vessels) support.
- Fire escape (ladders) and stairs for different levels and platforms ;
- Metal catwalk and platforms with grids ;
- Balustrades made of tubes or profiles.
4. Pipe supports
For the piping support , S.C. IMUC S.A. PITESTI executes a large numbers of supports according to the catalogues indicated by the desiner , such as :
- Sliding supports ;
- Rolling supports ;

- Supports with springs ;

5. Special metal structures
S.C. IMUC S.A. PITESTI can execute , at the client’s requirements , special metal structures , such as :
- Telecommunication towers and antennas ;
- Special metal structures for boilers and furnaces dedicated to different technological processes
- Flare towers up to 100 m height , for off gases evacuation of the technological units ;
