S.C. IMUC S.A. Pitesti was founded in 1960 as a subsidiary of  I.MB. (Enterprise Installation Bucharest) and became a private company shares in 1990. Was recorded in the Register of the Chamber of Commerce Pitesti number J03 / 236 / 1991.

S.C. IMUC S.A. PITESTI running in general contracting works contracting, projection, purchase, manufacture, installation and commissioning of turnkey industrial facilities in the country and abroad, petrochemical industry, energy and other fields. S.C. IMUC S.A. PITESTI produce and install technological equipment, steel structures, piping systems, steam boilers, hot water boilers, tanks and more.

ORGANIZATION

S.C. IMUC S.A. PITESTI has its own production base which includes:

1. Workshops and equipment

• Workshops for pipe and prefabricated piping equipped with manipulators, machine tools, welding and heat treatment, cold bending machine. 

• Workshops for construction machinery equipped with metal cutting, drilling, welding equipment and semi-automatic machines, presses, rollers; 

• Workshops for blasting metal constructions and pipelines; 

• Workshop for special machining (lathes, milling, planning, etc.). 

• Platforms for assembling products (tanks, containers, etc.); 

• Installations Hot pipe bending (in the oven and bending).

2. Laboratories

 • Radiographic control laboratories and storage of nuclear sources;

   Mechanical testing laboratory;

 • Laboratory approval welding procedures and welders training.

 3. Auxiliary

 • Department of mechanization with auto repair shop equipment and mechanized cranes, tractors, trailers, special transport vehicles;

• Supply and storage sector; 

• Administrative sector including accommodation and transport workers.
